More than just sugar butter and eggs

Did we get you drooling yet? Are you ready to book or are you just curious about what we do here? Well, we are so honored to take up part of your time and to possibly be considered for your future special event. We take pride and joy in working with people like yourself who put cake and dessert as a priority in their celebrations.

A little about US. We are the Diez family. Jerica and Mark were married in September 2007 in Las Vegas and are now raising the Nevadan born kiddos here too. We say we are a family- owned business because everyone is involved.

Our very own Pastry Chef, Jerica “leads” our staff from incoming inquiries to preparations in the kitchen all the way to setting the tables in your receptions/party place. When Jerica is not making desserts, she is probably kickboxing, gardening, out for a hike, or doing “retail” therapy– which consists of new running shoes or gear for upcoming races. Our consistent employee of the month is Mark. He helps with groceries, quick “fixes” on equipment, and deliveries. His specialty is keeping Jerica relaxed and well-fed as well as keep the little interns occupied while the boss is away.

Our “little interns” Marina and Joel enjoy doing their best in quality control as well as feed back in all parts of the business. From helping with groceries, inquiry/invoices, website design, dirty dishes, and delivery.

We are a family who enjoy working together and take pride in everything that goes out the our doors. As parents to young ones, we feel it is important they learn how to be good team players at a young age, earn an honest wage, and be good citizens to the community.
