Hello! A little about myself

I am Chef Jerica… and I am OBSESSED! This is how I describe my relationship with desserts—and food in general. I took interest in culinary arts at a very young age. I cooked my first meal at 7 and my first brownies at 10. I romanticized the process. I loved picking the ingredients in my mother’s garden and also the open air markets back home. I loved preparing everything in cute neat bowls and learning from everyone who would teach me. I loved how the aroma filled the house. I loved setting the table and the conversations shared as we all enjoyed our meals. I have always had a loving relationship with food.

A little about me. I am a Filipino born in the PI and raised on a little island called Guam. My family relocated in 2002 to Las Vegas, NV to fulfill my dream of going to college in the states. I completed my Associates Diploma from Le Cordon Blue of Culinary Arts in early 2005. I graduated top of my class and as one of the youngest to complete that year. Since 2004, I have worked all over Las Vegas from small family owned bakeries off the strip to large upscale kitchens up and down Las Vegas Blvd working alongside Masters of their craft. In 2019, I decided to take my craft into a different direction and work directly with my clients. As one who has always been behind the scenes, I feel like working directly with my client brings me a new sense of joy, ambition, fulfillment, and relationships. I am ready to express my own creativity and collaborate with you to make a one of kind dessert experience you and your guests will talk about through out the years.
